Matthew has worked with various “A” list clients; such as Whitney Houston, Barbara and Reba (etc) as well as many other major studios, platforms and cable networks.
Alexander Sinclair, Director of Finance & Distribution
Alexander Sinclair is the Chairman and Founder of Akos Media, LTD, Ireland, Spain, U.S. & Canada and sits on the board of Lashleigh Media, LTD, Ireland as the Head of Finance and Distribution.
Alex is a BAFTA winner and has been involved with the finance and distribution divisions of Akos Media LTD, and the previous Akos Films & Media, U.K. where we have financed and distributed T.V. series and features films.
Connie Dercho is the E.P. for Lashleigh Media, LTD, Ireland
Connie negotiates alongside Matthew Bryant Roberts, in order to procure additional business contacts and networks throughout the Global Film and T.V. Industry.
Connie is a creative executive invested in guiding outstanding work with the best business practices. Her career began with the passion to see great ideas evolve from concept through to their final execution. Connie has been lucky enough to give life to award winning commercials, advanced VFX experiences at Rodeo FX, such as the Dre-Snoop Dog missionary awarded film, or the Nissan Arya avatars praised commercial. She has also worked on documentary films and series, culling together top-notch talent through to flawless delivery. Her 20 plus knowledge of CG/FX and most recently AI gives Connie provides an unequaled match on the global stage.

Gisela Shiffer is the Founder/CEO for 3GM International. Gisela has been a Casting Director and Manager of various talented individuals at 3GM International for over 20+ years. With a Union and Non Union roster Gisela is able to provide an incredible amount of talent to whatever Production, Online Gaming and Commercial venture that is needed.
